Do you use your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We can supply absolutely everything appropriate for the job that is booked. Our home cleaning professionals use only the most suitable products and the best equipment as required, to ensure everything is done properly.
The only time we may not provide products is if a customer has special requests or wants us to use products and cloths that they provide.
For all regular home cleans the customer is expected to provide the necessary equipment, which should include a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket.
Can I trust my cleaning professional?
The cleaning professionals that we send to you are experienced and friendly cleaners – we reject nearly all applicants, only seeking to send you the best people. We believe that your trust and security come first therefore we hold your cleaning professionals to the highest standards. All of our cleaners have completed a back ground check, have general liability insurance.
Can I request special tasks or extras?
Absolutely! We love going above and beyond! Please make a note under the “Comments” section of our booking form. This may be subject to extra cost depending on the request.

The Cleaning Tribe Story
My name is Caine, I grew up in East York Toronto and went to Ryerson for technical theatre (yes! that was the name back then)
I quickly realized I needed to produce a steady flow of income once I graduate. I stumbled onto several personal finance books including Rich Dad Poor Dad during a spare. The book suggested to invest in real estate.
After some time researching, I decided to pursue that industry after I obtain my Bachelor’s of Fine Arts. The starting artist will no longer be hungry again!
For the remaining school years, I saved everything I had and lived below my means. I eventually purchased my first property in 2008. I continued to learn and be persistent, but it was always an uphill battle.
Slowly, my first property grew in value. I tapped into that equity and purchased several more. In a flash of an eye, it has been 15 years.
I realized that for each turnover, I needed to clean and do maintenance work. Over the years, I’ve compiled a list of contractors and grew my network.
I started Cleaning Tribe Inc. in the Fall of 2022 to clean and maintain properties for owners alike. I now have a few cleaners.
I find passion when I help other owners down their path of success.
